Why Join#
- In-game chat bridge — Talk to players in-game from Discord (and vice versa) in
#ingame-chat - Support tickets — Get staff help for griefing, bugs, appeals, or general questions
- Vote reminders — Subscribe to a daily ping so you don't forget to vote
- Player community — Builds showcase, screenshots, player shops, land recruiting, suggestions, off-topic chat
- Server news — Announcements, events, changelogs, and sneak peeks
Linking Your Minecraft Account#
To send messages in #ingame-chat (read-only without linking), connect your Discord and Minecraft accounts:
- In-game, run
/discord link - You'll receive a code
- DM that code to the Oakheart bot on Discord
- Done — you're linked, and the Linked Account role appears in Discord
Linking is also required to submit a staff application.

Self-Assign Notification Roles#
Pick up notification roles via Discord's Channels & Roles onboarding to get pinged about things you care about:

Reporting Issues#
Open a support ticket via the #tickets channel and pick the category that fits:
- In-game Support — gameplay questions, bug reports, stuck-player issues
- Player Report — griefing, harassment, rule-breaking
- Punishment Appeal — appeal a ban or mute
- Billing — purchase or refund issues
- Bug Report — technical issues with the server or plugins
